Answers:

Admittance:
Admittance and entitlement to your reserved seats starts at the confirmed time. Please claim your seats punctually and completely. When you are late, you are no longer entitled to your seats, even if you have bought vouchers. All seats not occupied have to be released and we will seat other guests there.

You can leave the tent one time during your reservation period and will be re-admitted. After the expiration of your reservation period the seats have to be released and you have to leave the tent.

Beer:
At the Hippodrom you are served the Festival beer of the Spaten Brewery, non-alcoholic draught beer from Löwenbräu, and Franziskaner wheat beer. You will find more information on our brewery here: www.spatenbraeu.de.

Beer Garden:
Our heated beer garden has got 1,000 seats. The opening times are the same as the tent opening times. There are also places when the weather is rainy. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make reservations on beer garden seats.

Cancellations / Reductions:
If a reservation is reduced or entirely cancelled after payment oft he bill, 15% oft he amount is retained as a service fee. When reservations are reduced we reserve a right to change the placement to another area oft he tent. Cancellations are only possible in written form and until the 16th of September 2011.

Champagne Bar:
On the first floor, the gallery, you will find our Happy-Hippo-Bar. It is open as soon as the tent is open and offers several champagnes and hard liquors.

Collection / Mailing of Vouchers:
Please keep in mind that only vouchers that have been paid for can be collected by you.

Collecting the vouchers is possible from the beginning of the Wiesn, that is the 17th of September to the 3rd of October 2011 daily from 10.00 to 21.00 in our Festival office at the left main entrance of the Hippodrom on Theresienwiese.

The best way to get there is public transport as well: MVV, Stop Theresienwiese

Entrance for Reservations:
When the main entrances are closed the entrance on the right side (entrance N2) ist he entrance for reservations.

Entrance Bands:
You have to fasten the entrance bands tightly on your wrist. If you do not wear your entrance band or have forgotten it, you have no right to be admitted.

From 22.10 onwards it is because oft he upcoming closure no longer possible to enter the tent even if you wear your entrance band.

After your confirmed reservation period and after 22.10 the entrance bands lose their validity.

Food:
Our chef, Erhard Schneider and his staff are happy to prepare nice festival specials for you. Our kitchen is open from 10.00 to 22.30.

Minimum purchase per person:
- Lunch (Sunday-Friday): Minimum purchase € 30,00
- Lunch (Saturday): Minimum purchase € 60,00
- Afternoon: Minimum purchase € 30,00
- Evening: Minimum purchase € 60,00

Modes of Payment:
After confirmation of your reservation you will receive a bill for the minimum purchase. The amount is due 4 weeks after the date of the bill at the latest.

Please consider our cut-off-period: We will consider any reservation as entirely unfounded if we have not received payment in time, and we will not inform you about this fact.

Payment can be done by bank transfer, in cash or by credit card. Please state the bill number and the customer number at payment. The banking fees for transfers from foreigns countries (€ 12,50) have to be paid by the customer. There are no bank fees for payments by credit card.

The reservation and confirmation is only binding after payment of the bill.

Music:
Daily from 12.00 (on Sundays and Bank holidays from 11.00) the band Simmisamma www.simmisamma.de plays and from 17.00 to 22.30 the band Münchner Zwietracht www.muenchner-zwietracht.de.

Opening Hours:
We open daily at 10.00. From 22.10 entrance is no longer possible, this also applies to customers with entrance bands. Drinks and Food are served until 22.30. The music also plays until 22.30.We close our tent at 23.30.

Payment on Reservation Day:
The pre-purchased vouchers have to be handed to the service staff to be accounted for. Extra Consumption can be paid by Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express Card or in cash.

Any objections against the content of the bill have to be made to the member of staff or the management of Hippodrom eK before paying. Later reclamations cannot be accounted for.

Please understand that we cannot accept the declaration that you had already bought vouchers, but you had forgotten or lost them.

Placement:
We will try to be responsive to your wishes considering your placement, however, we cannot guarantee placement in certain areas or tables.
On arrival at the tent you can see your exact placement at all entrances. Our hostesses are happy to help you.

Reservations:
Reservations are only possible with the office Josef Krätz Hippodrom eK, Weinstraße 7a, 80333 Munich, Telephone: 089- 29164646, Fax 089-295442, Fax at the Festival from September 5th : 089-500 77 55 3 or e-mail info@hippodrom-oktoberfest.de .

Reservations are only valid fort he person who orders and his guests. A transfer of reservations, entrance bands or vouchers in return for payment (for example on internet auctions such as Ebay) is not permitted.

Souvenirs:
You can buy all our souvenirs during the festival a tour souvenir shop „Platzhengst“ between the main entrances. During the year you can order them from www.hippodrom-souvenirs.de.

Street Sales:
The Hippodrom Coffee Shop on the left side of the tent offers Piacetto coffee specialities and fine sweets daily from 10.00 (on weekends from 9.00).

Tent:
In our tent there are 3.300 seats. It is 65 m long and 35 m wide.

Tips:
If you give a tip, this will be stated on your bill as TIP and should be signed by you. Tips cannot be cleared with vouchers.

Vouchers:
You are responsible for your vouchers yourself, please consider them as cash, if you lose them, there will be no compensation.

The purchased vouchers are only valid for the Oktoberfest 2011 (September 17th – October 3rd). Reimbursement for rest-sums on vouchers, not consumed vouchers or credit vouchers for following years is not possible.

The minimum purchase you have to pay in advance and is obligatory for a reservation will be stated on an overall voucher. This voucher is related to a name, it cannot paid in cash.

If the tent is closed on the day of reservation or at all because of official orders, health and safety reasons, an act of nature beyond control or other important reasons, your vouchers bought at reservation will be reimbursed. In this case, any other claims to the host or the company are excluded.
