
The German Museum of masterworks of natural science and technology in Munich, named German Museum, contains about 28000 exhibits from about 50 fields of natural sciences and technology and is therefore the biggest natural scientific-technical Museum in the world. Here you can find an unbelievable abundance of technical achievements like sailing-ships, atomic models, windmills, spacecrafts, diesel locomotives, industrial robots, organs/pipe organs and distress at sea cruisers.

The new opened traffic-center in the old exhibition hall as well as the aircraft maintenance hangar Oberschleißmeim with a lot of planes are part of the German Museum since 2003.
